Come journey with me toward greater self-awareness and self-compassion

I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations with a loving heart and an open mind.

Whether you're new to therapy or just ready for a fresh perspective, I understand and can help. I know what it feels like—I've been there too. And I look forward to being there for you.

Together, we'll build your self-awareness, which serves as the foundation for healing, growth, and greater balance in your life. I have a warm, supportive, and compassionate energy that helps me hold space for you — all the different parts of you.

As a Level 1 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I look forward to guiding you as you learn to build connection with the parts inside you, each and every one of which is welcome in our work together. Your parts, which show up in the form of thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, visualization, and memories, are always communicating with you. Learning to speak their language will allow you to understand yourself on a much deeper level, as your parts will share with you the myriad ways in which they work to protect and support you. While building greater internal connection and compassion is helpful in and of itself, the truly life-changing benefit comes from unburdening your parts and welcoming in qualities and gifts that will help you connect with your unique, authentic self.

Throughout our work together, you'll feel me sharing my Self energy — that compassionate, curious, open, loving energy within me, that is within us all — as you learn to make space inside you so your own Self energy can shine through. I'll teach you how to live your life in a Self-led way, speaking FOR your parts instead of from them, which will undoubtedly improve your relationships with others and yourself.

Why Therapy?

It helps.

It helps to know you're not alone.

It helps to have someone neutral to talk to.

It helps to unload what you've been carrying around in the presence of someone who won't judge you.

It helps to talk to someone who understands and cares.

It helps to see your struggles from a new perspective.

It helps to share with someone who knows you're having a normal reaction to an abnormal situation.

It helps to have someone hold up a mirror to reflect your blind spots so you can learn and grow from them.

It helps to understand how to create and maintain the boundaries that will improve your quality of life.

It helps to know you deserve love, compassion, and kindness, always.

It helps to rebuild trust with your body and your parts, the ones that are trying to protect you the only way they know how.

It helps to build self-awareness and self-compassion, side-by-side.

It helps to truly believe you are worthy of healthy love and connection, meaningful experiences, and a purposeful life.

It helps.
